The R. & R. Haenny Prize aims to reward a researcher (1) for his/her important contribution to the teaching/training in science and engineering of materials in Switzerland, or (2) for his/her innovative and high level research in material sciences, containing a fundamental and interdisciplinary component. The prize of the "Fondation Rodolphe et Renée Haenny" has been awarded to Prof. VERONIQUE MICHAUD for her original contributions to implement composite and smart materials in high tech applications.
