Prof. Laloui organizes the Mechanics Day 2011

Mechanics Day 2011 will be organized on next November 3rd in SV Building.
The doctoral program in Mechanics has the pleasure to announce that the Mechanics Day 2011 will be held on November 3rd, 2011.The 2011 edition of this rendez-vous focuses on biomechanics. Prof. Pioletti from EPFL will lead a visit of the Laboratory of Biomechanical Orthopedics and Prof. Goldstein from the Orthopedic Reasaerch Laboratory of the University of Michigan will deliver a lecture entitled "Mechanical and Biologic Influences on Bone Formation, Repair and Adaptation". The director the the Doctoral Program in Mechanics (EDME) of EPFL, Prof. Laloui, will discuss the "Status and facts" of EDME profram.
