Marc Gruber
Marc Gruber has received a SNF grant to study entrepreneurship by formerly unemployed people. He will conduct this international research project with Prof. John Dencker from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne for a duration of three years.
This project is a continuation of a study done in 2005, in which the Job Creation Effects as well as the Learning and Adaptation Potential of founders coming from unemployment were analyzed. The previous study’s papers were published in the Academy of Management Journal (2009), the Journal of Management (2010) and Organization Science (2009).
