Professor Drazen Dujic has given a seminar to Master and PhD students at Center for Industrial Electronics of Polytechnic University of Madrid (CEI UPM) in Madrid, Spain. During the two days, implementation details of power electronic conversion systems for renewable energy generation (e.g. PV energy generation) were presented. Various underlying technologies related to control system design, modulation methods, controller implementation in different reference frames, grid filters, grid monitoring and synchronization were explained and discussed.
