Bike to work 2017

The twelfth edition of Bike will start on May 1st at the EPFL! Do not wait any longer, register on biketowork.ch !
For 12 years already, the EPFL invites you to ride your bike during May and June. In 2016, 525 participants formed 149 teams and covered a total of 131'539km for the EPFL. That is three tours around the Earth and 21'000kg of CO2 that was not emitted! This year, the goal is crystal clear: beat last year's record!
Any reason is a good reason to participate: experience happiness, improve your health, get rid of stress, save money, save the environment, promote team spirit, win prizes, be a zippy commuter, enjoy the experience, or join a community of 50'000 cyclists in Switzerland!
How to participate?
Form your teams: all students and staff can participate in teams of four people, with one team leader. Those who don't find a team can contact the coordinator.
Collect kilometres: for the Challenge 2017, the new and practical bike to work App records kilometres automatically and enters them on the calendar!
- Participate in the draw: if you use a bike on at least 50% of your work days you automatically participate in the draw for prizes worth a total of 110,000 francs. In addition, all teams of 4 that fully respect the 50% rule take part in the draw for team prizes.
